Rent charge using the standard most commonly used 6% of gross rent of $4000/month

• 2 units with total $8000 $480/month
• 3 units with total $12000 $720/month
• 4 units with total $16000 $960/month

The reason the percentage of rent formula is used is because the tenants send rent directly to the property mgt company (middle man) where its processed by the accounting team and then sent to the owner at around the 10th or 12th of the month. This is expensive and time consuming.

These companies usually have long term contracts. I do not have a long term contract. You can go month to month from the start. If for any reason you are satisfied then a 30 notice stop working with is all that is needed. I too can stop working with you with a 30 day notice.
